Roy led my innovation team and me through a very inspiring and productive workshop using Lego Serious Play. Our goal was to make our vision more tangible and work out the next steps along the way. With the help of Roy's support and facilitation, we succeeded. In preparation, he quickly captured our concerns. During the workshop we were able to illustrate our ideas, discuss them in the team and develop them further - thanks to Roy's know-how and enthusiasm for the creative method, challenging tasks and his calm and pragmatic style. Gladly again!

While holding the position of Product Owner Roy was truly Agile and collaborated beautifully with the rest of the development team to get things done. He stood up for a lean product, established realistic expectations and helped to transformed a project impossible to deliver, due to feature overloading, into something achievable. I had the great pleasure of working with Roy during the innov8rs conference in Madrid in 2018. Roy was inspiring to work with in every way. He had a wonderful vision of how to create meaningful content, inspire participants and create lasting impact.
